Best coaching moment: After asking someone to step in and fly at last minute to fix a routine (because I knew they could do it!) watching them go from floods of tears, to loving it in about 30 minutes!
I wish I'd never said: ''Try something new, I pushed myself and learnt to one-handed cart-wheel!', I was then forced by the team to demonstrate it!'
